Meal Planning for Your Baby or Toddler

It all started when…

My son was diagnosed with acute and chronic FPIES around the age of 6 months. He was hospitalized for 25 days with IV nutrition, followed by a feeding tube, having every test under the sun performed.

Upon discharge, we were left pretty much alone to manage an obscure and highly personalized eating allergy. Through mom Facebook groups, meeting with specialists, and leaning on my culinary experience, I was able to learn how to feed and nourish my boy.

My background …

I attended The Natural Gourmet Institute, a health-supportive, mostly plant-based culinary program. Here I learned how to best cook for people with various dietary needs and restrictions.

I have been working as a Food Stylist in NY for the last 8 years, making beautiful dishes for camera and film.

I understand …

Navigating early feeding for your baby is challenging, doing so for a child with special dietary needs makes it all the more overwhelming. Baby led weaning, puree feeding, opinions and preferences whirling around the internet can feel suffocating.

I personally know just how time consuming cooking for your baby can be. The mental and physical load of meal planning and prepping can be exhausting.

What I can do to help you …

I want to work with you and your family to cultivate specialized colorful, healthy, exciting, and fun home cooked food for your little one. Making sure all their needs are met, and you, the parent, can spend more time enjoying the feeding experience.
